- As proprietor of Southern Homes Conceptual Renderings she is able to cater to and meet the professional design needs of Builders, Developers, and Realtors.
Rendering services offered are Computer /Cad generated Photo Realistic renderings as well as traditional Watercolor and Pen & Ink illustrations

Technical Skills Include
Hand drawn conceptual renderings, elevations and perspectives of proposed and existing homes using watercolors and pen & ink medias.
Knowledge of site development, residential design process and aspects of creating and completing architectural documents.
Proficient in several CAD applications
Experienced in photo editing/enhancement using Adobe Photoshop for use in marketing materials used by Builders and Developers and Realtors.

- A native of Harkers Island, North Carolina, Adrienne Willis Jungmann studied at East Carolina University where she received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree concentrating in Environmental/Architectural Design. Her skills in architectural rendering and technical knowledge of drafting and design processes have led to more than 16 years experience working in the architectural illustration and drafting field.
